An Evening of Tea & Qi at the Lavra

Join Jen of Inari Tea & Art Experiences and Rita through an exploration of two transformative and ancient practices from China. We will begin our evening with a ceremonial tea mediation in the Gong Fu tradition, cultivating mindfulness and dedicated presence through the energy of the tea. Our evening will conclude as we harness and move that energy through Qi Gong, a series of guided gentle movements to bring forth harmony, balance, and vitality to our body, mind, and spirit.
