Weight Loss Challenge 10

Let the CHALLENGE begin!
This 12-week informational course covers aspects of health and nutrition including the power of protein, digestive health, dining out, exercise and stress management and weight loss maintenance. You will receive tools to help you along your journey to a lifetime of energy, health and wellness. You will gain knowledge, empowerment and self-confidence as you release unwanted body weight.
Our "Biggest Loser" last session was once again Jamie G., who lost 8.464% body weight (14.0 lbs) and dropped 15.00 total inches! Jamie took home $200, Martha F. followed in second place winning $120 by shedding 6.757% of her body weight (15.0 lbs) and 10.50 inches. For the fourth time in a row Ginger S. has placed in the TOP THREE, this time in third place with a loss of 5.604% (10.2 lbs) and 9.50 inches down. Ginger won $80. Charlotte took home the inch pot of $98 with a total reduction of 9.75 total inches!
