Central Coast Pug Rescue is a 501© 3, all volunteer, non-profit organization. As volunteers we are dedicated to the rescue of abandoned, neglected and abused pugs regardless of age or medical condition. We primarily rescue on the Central Coast and Central Valley of California and at times beyond our borders. Our rescue commitment includes public awareness regarding responsible pug ownership and care. We advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves and we strive to increase the quality of life for pugs and the people who love them.
Adopt a Pug
Pugs are a wonderful breed of dog; however they are not for everyone. As Pug Advocates, it is imperative that you understand the care and common health issues associated with owning a pug and suggest you read up on the breed.
Central Coast Pug Rescue needs to find loving homes for our older pugs. Do not discount the blessing that a senior pug can bring you in his twilight years. These beautiful, wonderful souls are the true faces of rescue and make easy going, loving companions. Adopting a senior pug is a bond like no other; they ask for so little and give so much.
We are grateful to you for reaching out to these special pugs and choosing to rescue ~ you are truly saving a life.
How to adopt an incredible, lovable pug!
Central Coast Pug Rescue does not sell pugs; we adopt them to compatible homes for an adoption donation. 100% of your donation is applied entirely to the care, medical costs and other needs incurred by the pugs we rescue.
