Wilshire Health and Community Services Inc. is currently experiencing a severe shortage of volunteers, so you can make a difference this summer through one of their volunteer programs. Choose from friendly visits for one hour/week, provide transportation to/from medical appointments, assistance with shopping and errands, or support with household tasks for isolated and/or homebound older adults.Volunteers use their own vehicles and can be reimbursed for gas.
