PRESS RELEASE Structure Fire

At approximately 9:27 am on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, the Five Cities Fire Authority (FCFA) was dispatched to a reported multi-family structure fire located at 960 South 14th Street in Grover Beach. Upon arrival, the first-arriving engine company found a working fire in a two-story, 8-unit apartment complex. During the fire attack and conducting a primary search of the building, FCFA units determined two occupants sustained minor injuries while attempting to exit the building to escape the fire. Both
