Do you want to enhance your leadership capacity and learn more about our unique community? Enroll in Leadership South County, a ten-month community-based leadership development program dedicated to inspiring, educating, and empowering tomorrow's community leaders. This specialized program from South County Chambers of Commerce easily complements a busy schedule since the day sessions are just one Friday a month.

Application Process:
The application is not long but will require some time to fill out and answer questions about yourself, your interest in the class and your leadership experience. Group interviews will be conducted the Early November and the new class will be informed Mid November of acceptance!
Tuition:
Members: $2200
Nonmembers: $2400
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: APPLY BETWEEN SEP. 1 - SEP. 30 AND RECEIVE $200 OFF.
Members: $2000
Nonmembers: $2200
If accepted, tuition will be sent in ONE invoice based on your level of tuition. You can choose to pay in full or in 4 monthly installments.
Important Dates:

October 31, 2026 - Applications Close
Early November - Group Interviews
Mid November - Class is notified of acceptance
November 30 2026 - First Payment is due. Depending on your preferred method of payment, this first installment secures your spot in the class. If you are unable to pay, we will reserve your spot for the next year and let another member from the waitlist into the class. If you choose a payment plan, the payments will be due November 30, December 30, January 30, and February 28.

February 20-21, 2027 - Leadership Retreat
South County Leadership retreat at the beautiful Lodge at Oak Creek Ranch in Santa Margarita

November 5th, 2026 - Graduation in the evening.
